The Shakti Series is here! Starting Sunday October 24th from 10:15-11:45am I’ll be at The Woods Hair Salon / The Raven Heart for this transformative 4 week series! We will complete a themed class each week with our yoga practice, meditation, breathwork & discussion so that you can FEEL Shakti rise within you!
