Come join us for a Kirtan & Soundbath—An evening of mantra, music & meditation in the heart of our downtown Sarnia at Canopy Wellness.
A blissful, uplifting & transcendental experience using song and mantra as we join together with community. Ending with a restorative crystal singing bowl soundbath and song as you relax deeply in meditation.
Option to join in with your voice (lyrics provided) or simply sit/lay inside the sound. No experience required.
